Ingredients:

2 large flour tortillas
1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned or frozen)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil, for grilling

Directions

step 1 : Prepare the filling.

In a bowl, combine the chopped chicken breast, chopped cherry tomatoes, corn kernels, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped fresh cilantro.

Add the ranch dressing and smoked paprika to the mixture.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well until all ingredients are coated with the ranch dressing.
