Ingredients and Directions:

-Puff pastry slices at room temperature, place them on top of each other and spread them on a surface sprinkled with flour, of course according to the size of the tart pan. Transfer the dough to the pan, arrange the edges, prick them with a fork, and arrange slices of cheese on them and leave them aside.

-Filling: In a pot on the stove, add the minced meat and sauté it. Then add the chopped onion, garlic, and a little oil. Stir and add grated carrots, cubes of cold pepper, and chopped green coriander. Add the spices (coriander, cumin, mixed spices, salt, black pepper). Stir the spices with the meat and let it take on the flavor. Turn off the heat and add the filling to the cheese in the tart pan.

-The sauce consists of a can of cream, a cup of cooking cream, a spoonful of melted cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix them and add them to the meat. On top, arrange slices of cheese and put it in the oven from below. Let the edges turn red. Fry until they take on a nice color. Turn off the heat and leave to cool a little. Serve in a serving dish.
